San Antonio-based Koontz Corporation (Koontz) today announced the sale of Foster Ridge Distribution Center—a 327,000 square-foot Class-A distribution facility located near the intersection of Foster Road and IH-10 E—to Exeter Property Group, headquartered in Conshohocken, Pa.
