Koontz Corporation Breaks Ground on Lakeview Villas Apartment Homes in New Braunfels, TX
(SAN ANTONIO, TX) – Koontz Corporation announced today, October 11, 2016, that it has started construction on its fourteenth multi-family property, Lakeview Villas Apartment Homes. The newest addition to Koontz Corporation’s portfolio will be located in New Braunfels, Texas. Lakeview Villas Apartment Homes will be a 313-unit Class “A” community located at the intersection of Sundance Parkway and FM 306 – near The Villas at Sundance, a community built by Koontz Corporation in 2012. The property will be situated on a pristine 14.59–acre tract within the Sundance Park development near the Gruene Historic District, one of the state’s most popular tourist destinations.
The nine, 3-story buildings will have a garden design with stone and stucco exterior.
